The first time we meet, we will discuss what your selling objectives are and we'll take a tour of the property to discover all of it's benefits - or challenges - to selling. This is a good time to ask questions! We will also give you an idea of what to expect during the selling process. We will make suggestions for getting your property ready for the market and explain our exceptional marketing - because we know that showcasing your house in it's best light is the quickest way to a successful sale. We will also talk preliminary pricing and plan for a follow-up meeting to share and explain the Comparative Marketing Analysis (CMA).
Once you decide you are ready, we will review and sign a standard Listing Agreement. We will also complete all of the mandatory disclosure forms.
Then, after further consultation, we will establish a listing price for your property and set the calendar for our group to take pictures, scan the property with our 3D camera and fly the sky with our drone! We can then estimate a market launch date.

The complexities of processing transactional documents will be made very easy for you through our e-signature system (DotLoop) and our continuous guidance and communication. However, if you prefer to sign documents in person, we are happy to accommodate. We will review all offers and terms of each offer with you and negotiate on your behalf. It's our job to help you obtain the highest possible price for your home, while limiting your exposure and protecting your bests interests.
Once your home is under contract, we will prepare all seller required disclosures and reports and make sure all contingencies and repair requests are removed in a timely manner, per the contract. Communication between us is imperative and we can assure you that you will be informed every step of the way.
Congratulations, you're almost to the finish line! Once all of the contingencies have been removed and we hear your sale is "clear to close", we will coordinate a closing time with the buyer's agent and the title company. We will provide you with helpful moving hints and a list of local utility companies so you can schedule your discontinuation of services. As a seller, you have the ability to sign your seller documents early, should you not be able to attend the actual closing day appointment.
